Founded in 2015 in West London by Dariusz Plazewski, Bimber Distillery is a renowned craft producer specializing in fruity, single malt whisky using traditional methods, including on-site floor-malted barley, long fermentation in wooden washbacks, and direct-fired stills. Their "grain-to-glass" approach yields highly awarded, small-batch, often limited-release London whisky.
