Bimber Distillery

Bimber Distillery was founded by whisky lovers, with a mission to produce high-quality single malt whisky with character, using traditional methods that are rarely seen today.

Dalwhinnie Distillery

Built in 1897, Dalwhinnie distillery is situated between the gentle, grassy style of the Lowlands and the heather-honey sweetness of Speyside which begins some 25 miles to the north.

Ardbeg Distillery

Ardbeg Distillery, located on the Kildalton coast of Islay, Scotland, is renowned for producing some of the smokiest, most intensely peated single malt whiskies, typically registering at 50ppm (parts per million). Established in 1815, this historic distillery, now owned by LVMH, uses water from Loch Uigeadail and operates with a unique, small, two-still setup.

Tobermory Distillery

Tobermory have upheld the traditional art of whisky-making while embracing innovation to ensure they deliver the highest quality in every bottle. Following extensive renovations between 2017 and 2019, the distillery was modernised with both sustainability and efficiency in mind. Yet, their commitment to handcrafting authentic, small-batch whisky remains unchanged. Today, we continue to produce some of the finest single malts in Scotland, including special cask-finished editions and limited releases that epitomise the highest levels of the whisky making craft.

Macallan Distillery

The Macallan Distillery sits on our Estate in Speyside, Scotland. Here they create the unparalleled single malts in a home worthy of the spirit it embodies. Designed by internationally acclaimed architects, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, the Distillery sits at the heart of The Macallan Estate, just 400m from our previous distillery, it sits alongside the Spiritual Home, Easter Elchies House.
