Distilled on site since 2017 and guided by the respected Morrison family, whose five generations of whisky expertise underpin the project, this first expression sets a clear benchmark for the house style.

Matured in an exact 50:50 marriage of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks, the whisky balances bright orchard fruit and vanilla sweetness with gentle spice and rounded dried fruit depth.
