The Bimber Marylebone is a highly collectible, single-cask London single malt from Bimber Distillery's The Spirit of the Underground series.
Matured in oak and finished in a Ruby Port cask, this strictly limited release (only 312 bottles) is bottled at a natural cask strength of 57.4% ABV.

Bimber The Spirit of the Underground - Marylebone
Nose: Brings out confectionary fruits and sweet, subtle tobacco notes. It presents rich, aromatic undertones of baked orchard fruits, dried raisins, and a syrupy malt foundation.
Palate: Full-bodied with an oily, wonderfully balanced and syrupy mouthfeel. It coats the tongue with rich berry fruits, jammy sweetness, and the signature copper-forward style Bimber new make spirit.
Finish: Medium to long finish, leaving a slightly sour edge paired perfectly with lingering fruit sweetness, roasted malt, and a warming, spicy touch.
