White Peak Wire Works is a pioneering single malt whisky, representing Derbyshire’s first foray into this spirit. Distilled in April 2018 at a distillery built on the site of a historic wire works—now a UNESCO World Heritage site—this inaugural release embodies its unique landscape. Crafted with both peated and un-peated English barley and a distinctive four-day fermentation using local brewery yeast, it offers a complex character. Expect a lightly peated profile matured in STR and Bourbon casks, bottled at 50.3% ABV, delivering a flavourful and memorable experience.
